KEY POINTS for Parents:

1. The interaction between the parent and child is vital to break bad habits and also develop good ones.
2.  Parents need to get their kids talking about what is making them anxious creating the bad habit.
3.  Good habit, or things a child can do well, need to replace the bad ones. Encouragement is key.
4.  Parents need to be good models themselves and also admit they have bad habits also that they need to break
